python-w3lib software package provides Collection of web-related functions for Python (Python 2), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-w3lib

python-w3lib is installed in your system.
